Uptime measurement. Three external monitoring nodes ping every customer-facing endpoint at 5-minute intervals. Majority-rules detection is applied to filter false positives. Incidents trigger a status page entry within 5 minutes of detection. Standard plan SLA is 99.9 % monthly; Pro / Premium / Enterprise tiers commit to 99.99 %.

Provisioning latency. Median end-to-end VPS deployment time is 47 seconds (measured from BTCPay payment confirmation to credentials emailed). 99th percentile under 2 minutes. Dedicated and GPU plans are subject to physical hardware allocation; SLA is 24 hours.

Support response. Tier-1 ticket queue median first response is 4.2 minutes during EU business hours, 18 minutes overnight. Critical (server-down) incidents target 30-minute response. Live chat is on by default and routed to @flo.

DDoS mitigation. Median attack detection-to-mitigation latency is 47 ms; total scrubbing capacity across the network is 12.4 Tbps. The largest attack absorbed in the last 12 months was 387 Gbps (volumetric UDP amplification, mitigated without customer impact).

Abuse handling. Substantiated takedown notices are acknowledged within 48 hours and acted upon within 7 business days where local law mandates. Bad-faith or boilerplate notices are rejected with a written counter-rationale, which we share with the targeted customer.
